The Center is available to clients with an active technical support subscription.
We know that in business, more than often not, time is an important factor. That’s why with our customers’ needs in mind, we have created the Technical Support Center. It is comprised of a dedicated team of experienced engineers, tasked with responding to requests and questions related to the use of Altair software as fast as possible.
Each request is given an individual number and technical supervisor and the request status is updated. This all happens in real time.
We are an authorized Altair partner. Our employees are trained in the use of Altair software on an ongoing basis, in order to respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
